README: Forum Games rules.

Forum games- basically, just play simple games like guess the next poster, word association, hit and give, corrupt a wish, trivia, or something else, but before you post ANY GAME, get it approved by an admin. PLEASE stick to this or we will make it so only admins can make new forum games! Secondly, these are basically the spammiest part of the site, but they still count on your posts... you can use these freely, but don't take advantage of them. Meaning, don't make new games just for more posts, don't make duplicate games, etc. So you can start playing some epic games now.
